My emails have been completely

My emails have been completely ignored, I’ve had a problem with my extensions and I’ve sent photo evidence and multiple emails and instagram messages and everything has been ignored. I’m left with extensions I waiting months for that are dysfunctional and cannot be worn. I am devastated, angry and left with no help or answers

I have waited around 6 weeks for my order - it was not clear on the website or at payment that this was a preorder until I received an email afterward that it was. After all this time I have now received someone else’s order instead of my own! I ordered Latte Blonde but this is clearly Cocoa and also has someone else’s order confirmation enclosed

I have ordered hair in December! It’s end of March Nearly and my hair hasn’t arrived or left uk Yes I got email with sorry msgs few times but at this point it’s boring reading them This is not a first issue with your company … While back my order was simply cancel it because oh you guy put the price up . . couldn’t loose that extra $300 aud on my order so just cancel it … I went on your website my colour was available and I was able to put in the basket ( ice latte) I msg foxy locks to be told that its not true …. I don’t want money back I want the product I payed for ! 3 wks delay ok but over 3 months! At this point I should be getting the hair for free
