Took a while to get a refund

I love my extensions and the packaging they came in a fair amount of time. I did notice the clips are already getting loose after only seven wears. The emails and communications were so helpful.

i haven’t received my order yet , i’ve been waiting 3 weeks and have been told they should be dispatched in the next couple of weeks . so i wouldn’t say to go by the approximate pre order time because it is very much approximate . but ive been recommended foxy locks by a few friends and family members and they all find they are great quality , it is expensive but in terms of extensions the better the quality the higher the price will be so it’s completely understandable . im very excited to try my extensions when they do arrive . btw i did this review because they sent me an email asking for one , so they clearly didn’t realise i havent recieved them yet 🤷🏻‍♀️ .

Overall excellent products however received my hair perfume and shine bottle and the spray top is badly leaking which is vreating an awful mess. Here's hoping it can be replaced as it's unusable
