Service was ok, they could’ve mentioned how many grams they were sending in the invoice because they made a mistake and only sent 50g worth of hair but charged me over $300.

I have been a loyal

I have been a loyal customer for 6+ years however my last experience really went downhill. Took 5 weeks to be recieved and i had to switch what i had originally purchased so that it wasn't any longer. The price keeps going up but the service has gone down. The plus was the quick responses from customer service.

The time is getting longer

The time is getting longer and longer for restock. A company that has been in business for as long as Foxy Locks should have ample supply. I am getting very turned off from using this brand (and you can see I have been a very loyal customer). The quality seems to be okay (but not necessarily better), and the price has gone way up! But mostly, I find this "no stock" thing you guys have been doing for the last couple of years not only annoying, but frankly offensive.
