The ponytail arrived promptly, I was impressed by the quality and the hair was beautifully silky. The mochaccino shade was darker than I had expected, so not a close enough match for my ash brown hair, but I was able to return it and was refunded without any problems. I ordered another in a lighter shade and am very happy with my purchase. It's probably a good idea to use the WhatsApp colour matching service, but as I had read the returns policy, I thought I'd take a chance. I have also emailed the company for advice and received a helpful reply.

The hair is really natural. The quality is very good.
