I Hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I’ve been a loyal customer and wanted to share my honest feedback. This is actually the third time I’ve ordered from your store. The first two times, the quality of the extensions was absolutely amazing – I received so many compliments, and several of my friends even ended up ordering from you after seeing mine.
Unfortunately, my latest order has been really disappointing. The hair feels nothing like before – it’s almost like plastic, it tangles very quickly, and the overall texture is just off. It’s such a letdown, especially because I trusted the consistency of your products.
I really hope this was just a one-time issue, but I wanted to bring it to your attention and see if there’s anything that can be done.
