Really helpful. The product I ordered was for pre order but I didn’t realise. I got an email to tell me this, I spoke to Josie on the online chat and she helped me pick another product that was in stock. I then received those the next day. Great customer service.

I spoke personally to a great girl on the phone who went above and beyond to help me choose a hair extension colour. Going as far as to go outside and show me 3 different colours in natural light! Superb customer care and service!

these are so thick on the ends and beautiful i’m obsessedddddd. silky and gorgeous and the ends have a slight pretty bump to them
