I moved. Hims didn’t.
I enjoyed Hims - the convenient service, the effective product, and the hassle-free set-up. Then, I moved. Although Hims received a payment from my account for delivery of July’s product, I never received it. I updated my address. I contact Hims. Hims contacted me. I verified my address. I write this in October. I paid money to Hims for something I have yet to receive. That’s theft, I believe. I informed Hims that I happily would “rejoin” (I canceled my payment method) if they fulfill July’s order. Perhaps Hims does not want my business, or perhaps Hims has customer service issues. One thing is for sure: they have my money.
