Disappointed
I’ve been a customer since May. This most recent month, my refill is filled on the 5th of the month and didn’t receive it until the 15th. Not only that, the customer support team told me there was nothing they could do about it as it was out of their hands. How is that reasonable for a medication I need to take for hair loss every day, but be without the medicine for 10 days? Unacceptable.
