Horrible Customer Service

My entire experience with your company has been an absolute joke from Day 1. I first submitted an order on your website back in August, but it never arrived. I was told it hadn't gone through, so I tried again. My order hits your pharmacy on 9/19, yet it takes 20 days to arrive? It's scheduled to arrive on 10/1, yet it spends the next 8 days bouncing around from Queens to Manhattan to Queens to New Jersey to Brooklyn to Manhattan again? The entire time this is going on, I am constantly writing Brian, your customer service rep, asking what's going on, and not once did he give me an actual explanation other than repeating back to me what your online tracker said, which I could easily read myself. Basically, every time I asked him a question, his response was always "Gee, I'm not sure." When the package never arrived even after the tracker indicated it did, his response yet again was "Gee, I'm not sure." I then called USPS today and found out what happened. Your shipping department accidentally put a fictional zip code on the package! That's why it was bouncing around between Queens and Brooklyn and New Jersey for eight days. I double-checked my forhims profile online in case this was my mistake, but no; my address is listed correctly. So I blame two parties for this fiasco. I blame your shipping department for making such an inept mistake, and I blame Brian as a customer service rep for not making an effort to look into this and realizing that this mistake had happened. The customer rep person I spoke to at USPS helped me much more in five minutes than Brian did in all of our entire email correspondence. For reasons that should now be completely obvious, I will NEVER use your company again. Your company is truly inept at shipping anything; it took you 20 days to do something that it takes most companies 3 business days at most. On top of which, Brian, is completely useless at customer service. Throughout our entire correspondence, not once did he actually help me in any way. There is not a single question I asked him that he ever provided an actual answer to. Being told over and over again "Gee, I'm not sure why that's happening" is not what I consider quality customer service. Again, even if the package had successfully arrived after 20 days, you guys would still be inept. The fact it didn't even arrive and Brian clearly don't even seem to care is just the icing on the cake. Your company is absolute trash! -Gabriel Rodriguez

Never got to try

I submitted 4 or 5 photos and just kept being told they weren't good enough so I finally gave up

Pure crap, stealing from custumer

Most people dont get "aproved by the doctor online" so they keep the money for the " online visit ", good way to steal people's money, clever
