Cant say if it can be rated at all. It would have to be no stars. I submitted an order which was quickly taken of my credit card. Took me to an online Dr. for questions. It's been over two weeks since then and STILL havent been sent an email about my order. Sent messages to customer sevice an I'm just told how busy they are . I guess there not to concerned about there customer. 0 stars from me !

I received the product the first time. The second an third ( final) month, i got sick and tired of having to track the product down ( not my job), although I was told to do so. Sorry, not sorry. Bad customer service, so I cancelled.
