Lots of good, too much bad
It’s terrific to have a service like Hims providing quality solutions at affordable prices.
I’ve had two instances where shipments haven’t been delivered. One took almost 4 weeks to be resolved. In that case I’d been charged for my next shipment before the previous one was delivered!
I’ve also received messages that my shipment was on its way, and then eclipsed a notice two days later that my prescription had expired. The order of these notices makes no sense.
Recently I sent an email asking about the new skincare lines. My question was “would I need to use both systems to treat mild acne and anti aging as the main active ingredient is the same, or would I be best to use one or the other?” The response was “yes they both contain the same active ingredient.” This didn’t help guide my decision at all.
When dealing with peoples physical wellness, timely, accurate and thoughtful responses to issues are make or break. I’ll continue to use and commend Hims as I want services like these to succeed in America. I just wish I felt more supported.
