Lots of good, too much bad

It’s terrific to have a service like Hims providing quality solutions at affordable prices. I’ve had two instances where shipments haven’t been delivered. One took almost 4 weeks to be resolved. In that case I’d been charged for my next shipment before the previous one was delivered! I’ve also received messages that my shipment was on its way, and then eclipsed a notice two days later that my prescription had expired. The order of these notices makes no sense. Recently I sent an email asking about the new skincare lines. My question was “would I need to use both systems to treat mild acne and anti aging as the main active ingredient is the same, or would I be best to use one or the other?” The response was “yes they both contain the same active ingredient.” This didn’t help guide my decision at all. When dealing with peoples physical wellness, timely, accurate and thoughtful responses to issues are make or break. I’ll continue to use and commend Hims as I want services like these to succeed in America. I just wish I felt more supported. Thank you all.

Good product, but disorganized

Overall, I’m satisfied with the products I’ve received. What I find silly is Hims didn’t account for when my prescription would run out, so I had to call to make sure that I got my renewed prescription in time…honestly, seems like there’s some room for improvement there. Having said that, the customer service rep was empathetic and helpful when I called.

Customer Service Sucks

Beware!!! This company will send your order with very little room for error when it comes to mail delivery and then when your order doesn’t show up on the day it’s supposed to, no one will contact you to let you know it’s delayed, no one will tell you when it’s going to be shipped but they will definitely charge your bank account regardless. My last months order was almost 3 weeks late. Kind of hard to continue the results when I don’t have the medicine. The excuse given is that they were “overwhelmed” with new orders. So basically they’re chasing new money instead of taking care of customers who have been with them for long run. I would be happier with the company if it could honor its obligations to its customers. Am I happy with the results? Yes and no! If you have insurance (which I do) Finasteride is a cheap co-pay at a local pharmacy. You can find DHT blocking shampoo online and almost every vitamin contains biotin. The Minoxidil is the liquid dropper kind which makes my scalp red so I buy the brand name version of the foam online. Overall, I’ll probably look for an alternative with my PCP next year.

Is anyone home?

I haven’t actually tried it yet. I’ve gotten several updates saying they are almost done with the process to get me the kit I ordered, but every time I check on it it’s still not done.

Customer service

I really dont like that you have to get in contact with somebody to change delivery or cancel, it feels shady as most subscription company's want to make it hard for you to leave to continue to get payments out of you. It hurt the consumer experience but I love the product.
