Product was fine but the cost could be improved upon

Why does it take so long to get my refill? I have to have days without the medication before I get the package. I've decided to abstain from taking the finasteride for a few days, just so I have extra pills so I can have continuous treatment this coming month. Seriously, why is this company so bad at shipping? The products are great though.

I went through you doctor and his process got scrip placed order payed and got confirmation. And then get text that it was canceled. I would like to try my the product that I bought and then I will or actually I want to buy another one of your products. So I don’t know. Do I get the product I payed for?
