So far so good. This product goes great in my coffee. There is no taste or weird consistency. I think I can already see a differences in my hair and nails. It's only been two weeks of drinking one scoop everyday in my coffee. I am excited to see what happens after a month or so.

All of FlyBy's products are great! I use just about all of them and I always have excellent results. I especially love the Recovery product- 6 pills and my next day after having a fun night is just fine!
