Electrolytes with NO sugar, fillers. or calories! AND no aftertaste! Doesn’t get better than this. I am on my second bottle and I will not be using any other brand again, and I’ve tried over a dozen. I have been using this for a week and feel better overall. But no more leg cramps at night. I am pretty sure I was having them due to dehydration or lack of potassium etc. But this did the trick. I put the drops in a big jug and then add lemon slices. Tastes good. By itself the drops dont taste great in water so i recommend adding. Flavor...crystal light drops or a little juice. Then it tastes great. And no garbage in it like Gatorade has etc. Recommend!
