I always like my experience with Pattern. My items always arrive right on time and it's easy to redeem my rewards points. Plus I only use Pattern products on my hair and I've never been happier with my hair.

The products felt so good on my hair. The only problem I had was that when I blow-dried my hair, it felt stiff and hard. Maybe I did something wrong.

I love this conditioner, it keeps my hair conditioned and looking healthy. I highly recommend.
