My flax oil was fresh and seems very high-quality. It has a smooth fresh taste It arrived cold in dark bottles to deter rancidity. I gave it four stars only because shipping took five days, which is fine in our late fall weather, while it is cool. My only concern is if it will arrive cold and uncompromised during our hot humid summer in the deep south. I will rate it five stars on my next review if it does.
