This lip balm goes on so smooth and smells incredible. I got the berry scented one and I love it so much. My first one did break and I have no idea how, I couldn’t get it to come out when I spun it, but when I reached out to customer service they sent me a new one right away! Both the balm and the customer service get 5/5 stars for me.

I love Finding Ferdinand balms. The Black, Photoshoot Ted, and Raspberry work great! I don't need to check the mirror when applying, and the balms make me look a little bit more put together, and they all make my lips feel moisturized. The sheer color is beautiful every time. The twisty component for one of my Black Balms(chocolate scent) keeps popping out of the base. It's like the adhesive isn't sufficient to hold the base on. Also I am experiencing the age old problem of getting the last of the balm out of the bottom of the tube, but a retractable lip brush takes care of that. It's just such luxurious balm I don't want to waste any!
