Support takes a long time to respond to questions through your ticketing process

take too long for shipping

Poor returns/refund policy. When i enquired about a refund for a product I can't use they tried to upsell me on a more expensive product when they apparently don't accept returns.

it was fine. nothing good or bad. just typical ecommerce experience. nothing really worth reviewing.
