Will not buy again. Too much pressure. Hard to use and hold 10 inches from head. Fill the bathroom and can hardly breath. very unhappy with it- poor hold

I love all of the products I have tried so far however it has taken a very long time for certain items to be restocked. Unfortunately I will eventually have to move on to a different company if I can not get the items I would like within a reasonable time frame.

I have followed Jesse James Decker for over a year now and was very excited to try out her products. Unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner are making my hair EXTREMELY greasy one day after showering. I have always been able to go 2 days without getting greasy or having to use dry shampoo. I tried these products for no heat July and am very disappointed. If I had bought there at Sephora I am certain they would let me exchange it for something new so I'm mad that I used this site since there is a no return or exchange policy. I am a college student and don't have a lot of money to spend on hair care and wish I hadn't. It would be great if your company would actually care about this. The last thing I need is an expensive shampoo that makes my hair greasy in the summer.... I hope to hear back from someone. Thanks for sending this survey.
