Not happy with my purchase

Never received and no refund

Never received my package and was told I can not get replacements or a refund. I contacted the post office and they couldn't locate the package or help me in anyway. I'm out of money and ordered multiple sets. I'm not happy and will never purchase any KISS products again!!!!

Buying from you is the biggest mistake, my package never arrived and you only said that I should track the post and you are not responsible for its non-arrival, while the responsibility of responding to customers should definitely be part of your duties, you You should have followed up why I didn't receive my order package, instead of disclaiming responsibility, I will never buy from you again.
