I have been taking EZ
I have been taking EZ Melts B12 for over a year now and can tell a difference in how much better I feel. I have also started taking Citicoline for short term memory and after two weeks don't have episodes of opening cabnet doors and forgeting what I went there for. Great products with a purpose.
