We had many questions and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Customer Service, especially Rita, was very responsible and professional. The gentleman, Alex, who set up the bed was great. Both the aforementioned people kept a line of communication opened. Whoever is in charger of ordering seems to have dropped the ball. I’m not talking about the fedex mess.
