I love this bed. it has all the features needed for my disabled spouse. The price was beyond compare. the only thing that I did not understand was that it was a call before delivery which was set up somehow before I ordered the bed. This caused my bed to not be delivered for four extra days and I had to call Fed Ex to find out why. Other than that, I have no complaints with the bed at all. The instructions on the rod that lowered and raised the bed could have been a little more clear as this part took some figuring out on the assembly
