Express Hospital Beds

I called, got an informed sales person with good advice, ordered, and recieved as promised even during brutal cold weather. Bed was easy to assemble, had a question about raising and lowering which was answered by calling the helpline. Bed worked perfectly unfortunatley my Mom took a turn for the worse and had to be transferred to a Hospice facility and passed away. Now we have a barely used hospital bed that needs to be sold....

We had a very positive experience. It was crucial for us to get the bed in 3-5 days and it DID happen. They were very easy to work with and so willing to address some specific needs we had as we were buying the bed for my parents who live in a different location than myself.
