Positives: The CS7 is a beautifully designed bed, sturdy, easy to operate and assemble. Once the bed is setup, it performed flawlessly...quiet and powerful motors operate smoothly so that the patient barely notices any movement. Delivery was done professionally. The bed's design makes this a welcome addition to aid in the care of our mother. Negatives: The bed is very heavy and will require two (or Three) strong people to move it and unpack it. The instructions for unpacking and assembly are a bit "sparse" and could use some additional steps and clearer pictures to aid in the unpacking and assembly. However, once it's unpacked, the assembly is relatively straight forward and easy.

I purchased this bed for my elderly mother it is very nice. The lower to the floor function is great for minimizing any roll out of bed issues. Shipping was far quicker than I expected. Options for this bed were also beneficial for elder care.
