Reviewing both the product and the customer service: I ordered 5 small-size products after carefully reading the ingredients lists for all 5 products on the Evolvh website. Seeing no artificial fragrances, I placed my order. The products arrived promptly. Some of them had a very strong artificial smell - the Total Control Styling Creme smells through the closed bottle. Per instructions on their website, I have contacted the company three times to find out how to return the products and have received no response. I am very disappointed in the incomplete/inaccurate information on their website, and their apparent unwillingness to stand behind their products. If they ever get in touch with me I will update this review.
