I haven’t received my order yet

It initially worked but I’ve now experienced even more breakouts (little baby bumps everywhere) since using it consistently. I followed he instructions but it may just not be good for my skin type.

i broke out really bad after using it, gave it two weeks and i was still breaking out.

I recently ordered the Stay Clear cream + intensive blemish serum. Neither the cream or the first serum I opened seem to have much product in the bottle - I pump repeatedly and get nothing but air. The little plunger moves up, but no product comes out. So just a few uses and I'm almost "out" of product I've been a long-time user of the serum and have never had this issue before; I've gotten product with every pump. I reached out to customer service and received no response.

I have yet to receive my order and it’s been a month now. No one is responding to me via email, the online portal or Instagram. I’ve ordered this product before with no trouble and love it but the customer service is absolutely disappointing. All I want at this point is a refund for the products I ordered over a month ago. If anyone can’t assist that would be appreciated!!!
