customer service is problematic....I wrote over a week ago and someone promised me an answer right away. Didn't get one. Meanwhile I received an ad in my inbox to order one for mothers day and promised 1 day to ship out orders

Never received item. Rip off company. I want a picture of where it was dropped off. They probably never sent it. Shabby company. $80 down the drain

Still waiting for product to arrive. Very disappointed in Evertone.
