Took forever to get and I can’t use it Hurts too much It is heavy and bulky and scratches skin

I have asked four times for refund assistance and I feel like I’m being given the run around.

I was never shipped these reusable eye patches, and customer service refuses to answer me back. The company is not helpful. I would not recommend ordering anything from them. Shipping takes way too long, and your order will not be complete.
