Customer service is a problem.

The product is as if no one tested it. It is incredibly heavy and painful around the eyes and nose.

I would not recommend this product to anyone

Awful. Took months for the product to actually come in the mail and when it finally did it ended up being garbage. It’s so painful to wear, doesn’t even line up with anyone’s face that has tried it on, and literally leaves full blown dents.

Taking entirely too long for a refund
