I never received the two orders I placed. I received 2 emails on 7/23 my orders were shipping, but there was no tracking numbers attached. I replied from those emails requesting tracking and never received a response. I've emailed you from your "contact us" link on the website and never received a response. I've reached out via social media- and no response.

Awful! Over one month no package and company took my money! Numerous emails sent. No tracking number! SCAM!!’

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered my item on 7/21/24. It is now 8/7/24. The item never shipped. I have made numerous inquiries regarding my order, however, received absolutely no response from customer service. I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund but again, no response. I will now be working with my credit card company as this is a scam and fraudulent company.

I need customer service to get back to me concerning my missing order! I also do not want to be charged for the monthly subscription since I have not received the order.
