Very poor customer support!!

Horrible customer service and suspect fraud at this point. Over a month and still have not received device or a working tracking number. Contacted their “customer service” multiple times with no resolution.

No response from customer service. Never received my product but fully paid for it.

Absolutely horrific. You can’t answer emails. You can’t provide shipping status and there is nothing expedited about your shipping. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Never received my order. After trying to get a response for A month. I just gave up
