Horrible customer service and suspect fraud at this point. Over a month and still have not received device or a working tracking number. Contacted their “customer service” multiple times with no resolution.

Absolutely horrific. You can’t answer emails. You can’t provide shipping status and there is nothing expedited about your shipping. I would never recommend this to anyone.
