No one responded to my emails

Poor , poor service, ordered on July 2nd 2024 and only got PART order on August 19 ,2024.....Still waiting for the rest .....never ordering again as the waiting time is aweful !! Some FREE stuff should be sent once it is PAST the expected arrival time !!

The website was easy to use but the good experience ends there. The social media links are broken, so no social media presence to check before ordering. Customer service is absolutely zero. I sent at least five emails asking for tracking after my order shipped and received two automated responses but no tracking number. My items took six weeks from date of purchase to arrive. Please check reviews from others and the Better Business Bureau site before ordering (they received an obscenely low score from the BBB).
