I do like your products, but your shipping communication and follow through with what you give leaves a lot to be desired. Took 2 months to ship product and then the free gift did not even come with it because you were "sold out". Why did you indicate this free gift when I ordered if you were not going to provide.

It has taken almost 2 months to get my order, and I still have not received it

I still haven't received the product, but paid in full. Can;t track either. I have to email evertone and wait for an automated reponse with USPS tracking. AND the tracking number states the product hasnt been received by shipper yet.
