Disappointed in the product, made me feel sick each time I took the packet of Biotin. Did not help my health journey. Retuned the unused product for a refund.

No matter if it's straight from the package or mixed into a coffee or other drink, nothing can overcome the taste of bad fish. I regret this purchase as I cannot use it and I have a strong stomach and can get past most flavours but not this one.
