Customer service very nice.

Orders were prompt and associates were generally very nice, but did not give full disclosure of return policy as many times as I said, I was not getting any results. I was always told that I would get a full refund. It was never stated that I had to keep all the boxes in order to get the refund. I don’t know if your people are trained to not volunteer this information or not. This fact could really save you a lot of money that the customer should receive back since the product did not work.

Not sure if I feel the difference yet.

Order delivery and customer service have Been great, but I still haven’t noticed any significant difference in the new growth of hair. I have to check into it, but I think I’ve just received my fifth order. I’ll give it one more month and if nothing happens, I will request a refund. My whole purpose in getting this product was to regrow hair that I’ve lost over the years, which has been massive. All I have gotten is faster growth of the hair that I have, which I really don’t need.

I noticed my nails hardening right away. The taste was okay initially, but it is becoming more distasteful for some reason.
