I received the wrong product

The package was not sealed. This is concerning and customer service’s response was “ Thank you for contacting EVE LOM The products in gift sets are not sealed. The are safe to use. Please let us know if you have any further questions and we will be happy to help! Not very helpful.

Customer service takes so long to reply. And vanish after saying offer me $20 off
