Customer service takes so long to reply. And vanish after saying offer me $20 off

Horrible experience

Received a very dirty and disheveled set but the customer service representative rejected my return or exchange request. I didn’t satisfied with the offer the representatives offer me and they force me to accept it even though I say no. Also, I never received the offer. I ended up throw the set to the trash. I have used Eve Lom product over 7 years but wouldn’t buy it anymore due to the bad customer service I have received and defective products.
