Eve Lom UK

I emailed you re how to return the lip product as it caused a reaction and I received no response. Not happy - I have spent £100s on Eve Lom from various concessions.

I should have 2 samples of 1/4 Muslin Cloth in my order, but just received one. Emailed but no any response.

After I made the order, I didn’t get the track number and also did not receive the product.

the customer service team is the worst I have ever experienced - keep asking me to wait even though I have waited for more than two months; gave some perfunctory answer such as the international shipping is causing the delay while my product is coming from a UK warehouse to a UK address which is not international at all. If I was not purchased from Eve Lom, I would think it's a totally scam!
