The Milli is working out really well! My radiation treatments ended last December and I was told if I cannot dilate myself sufficiently I won't be able to tolerate my next pelvic exam. I've been using Milli for 2 weeks and it's gradually working for me! I do have a question/suggestion: Is it possible for you to create yet another Milli to complement (not replace) the one I have, which inflates the entire length of the Milli? I like the narrowed "pointy" end of current Milli, but as I'm get more results, I'd like that to widen to be more proportioned as a penis. Just thinking...

I have not started using it yet. Do you have some guidelines/instructions on using it for vaginal atrophy? It did not come with any usage information other than cleaning it, etc.

I got this as a recommendation from my physical therapy. I'm a trans woman who recently had surgery and I have to use my dialators regularly but I've had trouble sizing up. This gets as big as my biggest dialator so I figured it was worth a shot. The device is great my one gripe is the shape it expands to. The widest part is at the furthest depth the milli can go. For me the part I am having trouble with doesn't reach that expanded part so I'm only getting a little of the benefits the way it is tapered. If there was a way to have it expand the entirety of the length it would be an easy 5 stars for me. The small size to start is great, the vibrations are great, it's comfortable to use, but the one thing I needed it for just doesn't cut it! For the price it is I was hoping for a bit more.

Really disappointed - doesn't hold a charge once it actually charges, which takes quite a long time. Difficult to turn on and doesn't stay on, so must keep turning it back on. Is this returnable - it was far to expensive for such a faulty device.
