Order came quick in perfectly wrapped box!

Finally, i paid money but the package i didn’t receive it. I sent a lots of email, still no people reply I totally spent 2xx USD, but I receive nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The bottle cap always not fix tight so that the liquid leakage out.

The bottole cap not properly tight so that the shampoo pour outside to the packing box. Almost 1/10 of bottle evaporated. This is not a first time I ever experienced but this time more serious and leakage more.
