My partner and I had a fantastic experience throughout the entire Eugene process. Eugene was very prompt to respond with queries that we had and it was great to keep updated with how things were tracking via the website (and email notifications). Once we were notified that our results were in, we were able to book in a meeting with the genetic counsellor the next morning. We are very glad to have gone through this process as it has helped provide meaningful information as we enter the assisted fertility process. Thank you Eugene!

Was very expensive but unfortunately necessary with where we were at in our fertility journey. They were so responsive though and more than happy to help answer questions personally along the way.
