I still have not received my results. My partner has not received any updates on his results. After talking to your customer service team multiple times about this issue and them promising they will rush through my partners results we have had no updates and still no results. Very disappointed with the service. Especially because it is so expensive.

I purchased the comprehensive kit wanting prior to starting IVF. It states 4-6 wks for results. What you dont know before buying that result time is from when samples arrive in USA. So for me in Australia add 11 business days for me to post samples to Australian address to when they then despatch to USA. And now its nearly 10 weeks since Australian address sent my samples to USA. So that makes it 12 ish weeks from when I posted our samples and still no report!!. Time is not on my side to commence IVF due to my age, thanks alot for lying about your results turnaround timeframe. I am literally waiting for these results. And to add insult I am emailed now asking for a review!. Well here is my honest review Eugene! Where are our results and why is it now 12 ish weeks since I posted our samples. I am livid and do not recommend spending this kind of money what a load of crap. Not at all happy

I've had them send it back to me 4 times. Maybe if there was an easier way or better instructions or something. I've given up now. Definitely don't spend the ludicrous amount of money on something you have to do yourself then are told multiple times it's wrong or has an error. At least they could do it for you for that amount.

You should not be allowed to operate, dealing with you felt like we were being scammed … every interaction was so appalling. You should be out of business.
