Shipping was all right. Product must be defective or not up to par as it leaves a film of powdery stuff all over the hair. Do not buy it at all! That is my advise!

I sent the product back with another product. The product is excessively expensive given the way it does not work.

When I received my shampoo and conditioner, the bottles had leaked in the packaging. Had leakage issues with the other bottles too. Terrible design, while not buy again. Too expensive to be losing product like that. No one ever answered my calls to the company either

I never received the products. They seemed to have been "lost" in transit.
