I have a 34 inch waist and the belt Just about makes it around my waist

When buying the abs8 toner belt you could have made it bigger. Way too small to fit my husband waist. I have an older version and it's more flexible more stretchable to fit any waist . 😁.

Have been using it for a month and I have noticed the difference. Will continue to use it especially with the summer coming up ha

Slendertone pads are great - a bit sticky. but then again they are gel pads!! But that’s a good sign! I still have my belt from 15 years ago! But will be upgrading soon!

You can use Slendertone while you work, walk or sit. All you need to do is remember to use it. It feels great as it works, especially when you know your core is being strengthened safely and effectively.
