This is a great product, so easy to use it arrived very quickly i use it everyday and can see the changes along with my usual activities, I am a very active person, I work a fair amount to try and stay in shape, but stomach is the hardest area to shift the weight, so I have seen a huge difference in using the slendertone abs 8, I'm toning up, I feel my not carrying so much weight, this is a fantastic product, if you don't have much time like me to be working out at the gym,I had a slendertone a good few years ago when I started trying to lose weight and it helped me so this is why I bought a new one, fantastic product
