Everythings ok: shipping, overall design, quality of product. But: even though the customers service is very friendly, I dont understand and appreciate why its not possible to cancel orders even if they where set on weekends. Its not possible to cancel the order just minutes after the order was placed!! Thats just lazy, Sand and Sky, and doesn't fit to an otherwise so lovely brand

You did fine I just don’t like your products

First my order got stuck at in Madrid - then, a few weeks later of not receiving it, they made a new order - then the new order was not what I ordered before and they didn’t send the “free” pouch for the inconvenience (even before the order shipped I notified customer service that it was incorrect) still, it showed up wrong and without the extra stuff I ordered In the first place. Now I am still waiting for my extra products. But customer service helping and answering is good and was definitely reassuring.

Sono molto delusa il prodotto nn si applica e secco ... Troppo secco .. poi pur bagnandolo se ne disperde più della metà nell' applicazione .. non resta sulla pelle come voi mostrate ... Nessun cambiamento se nn quello di macchiate tutti i vestiti e un prodotto orrendo nn lo consiglierei a nessuno per me sono stata truffata non lo comprerei mai più
