Have used other products good stuff but disappointed with the nerve stuff

Very poorly to the point I cannot recommend. Way to long to ship a product. No shipping notification. I don’t even know where my order/purchase is but it hasn’t been delivered.

Extremely disappointed. Can you please either refund me or rearrange postage?
