Ethical Nutrients

Products are great - purchased vitamin c, magnesium and immune boost. But didn’t realise delivery required a signature and when my package arrived it couldn’t be left and it wasn’t taken to a post office or a parcel collect location. I wasn’t advised of this and then delivery was attempted again the next day for the same thing to happen again. When I called to find out what happened I was advised I could waiver the signature request. Not sure why it couldn’t have been taken to a parcel collect/post office as this happens to other parcels with signature request. Not sure I’ll buy again direct as this was too hard to organise.

I decided to order an item direct from your company. When doing so and entering delivery address details to a parcel locker as provided by Australia Post, it was not made clear this was not an acceptable address. I then received failed delivery notification due to some address details incorrect or missing via StarTrak (also part of Australia Post) and discovered the item had been returned to the sender. After some great customer service over the phone I was told it would be resent to my home address to then received a further notification the item was out of stock and on back order. The item did arrive in the mail shortly after this however all this wasted time and effort of everyone involved could have been avoided if it was made clear a parcel locker is not acceptable or arrangements be made for a wholistic Australia Post experience for customers to utilise.
