Very slow

The EZ on harness was NOT easy to use. We had to pay for return shipping and still have not got our refund Customer service is not helpful Very dissatisfied

I will not order from this company again. The delivery time was long. Some products arrived late or not at all and we are now having to dedicate our time to resolution of orders not fulfilled properly. In addition, we wanted to return some items that are overpriced or that we have safety concerns regarding and we have yet to receive answers about these items. I would rather pay a little more to a company that works effectively than try to save a little a deal with this additional stress in life.
