Very disappointed with this product. You may as well use the back of a butter knife. The blade has absolutely no edge. The oil included with it is OK but not outstanding. I am truly sorry that I bought it. It sounded so good but in my opinion, it’s over hyped by Esker’s marketing and basically a worthless waste of money
