NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER

My package was delayed for some reason and took a while to get. However, I thought it was worth the wait.

I did not initially receive my full order. the company required me to take pictures of the packaging and emailing them more than once to rectify. Eventually all was good, but I felt like I had to strong arm them to make it right. The actual product and packaging was great and I’m enjoying it immensely.

I had to reach out twice to get basic care information about the brush. Esker was prompt and polite with their response. I think Esker should provide this information on a small postcard with the brush.
